To deploy Java web archive to Tomcat, set the following environment variables properly

JRE_HOME and CATALINA_HOME

To see output from starting Tomcat on Windows include following code in startup.bat

call "%EXECUTABLE%" start %CMD_LINE_ARGS% 

to

call "%EXECUTABLE%" run %CMD_LINE_ARGS%
